REQUESTING MEDICATION
Patients are encouraged to use the NHS App to order repeat prescriptions as this is a safer and quicker way to receive your medications, please contact the reception team if you need help setting up your NHS App or require proxy access for a loved one. Alternatively patients are still able to email their prescription requests directly to our team. When emailing requests, please ensure that you include your name, D.O.B and the medication that you are requesting. Requests for medication will be processed within five working days.
Please be advised that as of 31st December 2025 we WILL NOT take any prescription requests over the phone.
CAR PARKING REMINDER
Our car park is independently monitored and a permit will need to be issued for the duration of your appointment. This can be done by inputting your registration details into the tablet in reception.
NHS Quicker
If we are at capacity or you need urgent care, NHS Quicker is a helpful tool for checking live A&E and Urgent Treatment Centre wait times. It also directs you to nearby pharmacies, opticians, dentists, and sexual health services.
